2. Data Sovereignty & AI Privacy
We prioritize absolute data sovereignty. Client proprietary data processed through our Vantura agentic AI framework or enterprise ERP integrations (Odoo / Dynamics 365) is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We do not use client proprietary data to train public LLM models, nor do we sell or share information with third-party advertisers.
3. Technical Analytics & Telemetry
We utilize privacy-compliant analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Vercel Speed Insights, and Microsoft Clarity) to analyze anonymous aggregated user behavior, page load speeds, and layout performance. This ensures high accessibility and sub-500ms visual readiness globally.

DataDaur adheres to global data protection regulations, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and GDPR standards.
