Terms of Service.

1. Consulting & Project Engagement
Enterprise consulting engagements initiated with DataDaur (covering Odoo ERP implementation, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Business Central, Power Platform, and Vantura AI systems) are governed by executed Statements of Work (SOW) detailing milestone deliverables, architecture specifications, and acceptance criteria.
2. Intellectual Property & Custom Code Transfer
Upon receipt of final milestone payments, full intellectual property (IP) ownership for custom Python modules, AL extensions, Power Platform flows, and proprietary client software transfers to the client. Open-source components (e.g., Odoo LGPL core, Vantura SDK) remain governed by their respective open-source licenses.
3. Performance & Service Level Agreements (SLA)
DataDaur engineers software to enterprise gold standards. We guarantee system performance according to signed technical specifications. Production cutovers follow strict zero-downtime guidelines and post-go-live hypercare protocols.
4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms and any project disputes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and international commercial arbitration frameworks. For legal inquiries, contact legal@datadaur.com.
