1. Project Engagement
All digital projects initiated through DataDaur are subject to our rigorous discovery and planning protocol. We provide high-end AI and software solutions based on agreed-upon scopes of work and technical specifications.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, client-specific code and assets developed during the project are the intellectual property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in specialized infrastructure licensing.
3. Performance Standards
We strive for the "Gold Standard" in architecture. While we guarantee technical deployment according to project specifications, DataDaur is not liable for indirect business outcomes or external platform shifts beyond our control.
4. Modifications
DataDaur reserves the right to update these terms to reflect evolution in technical standards or regulatory requirements in the UAE and global markets.
